Welcome to BreathAR. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Description of Service

BreathAR provides breath-paced games designed to help users relax, practice breathing exercises, and maintain focus. Core features are free to access, while some premium games and ad-free access require subscription purchases or watching rewarded video ads.

2. Medical Disclaimer

BreathAR is not a medical device. The exercises and games within the app are for relaxation, wellness, and mindfulness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or pulmonary issue.

If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable at any point during a breathing game, stop playing immediately and sit down. Consult a healthcare professional if you have pre-existing cardiovascular or respiratory issues before using the app.

3. Subscription and Billing

Our premium subscription plans are processed securely via Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. Payments are subject to the following rules:

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless auto-renew is turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Refunds: All purchases and refunds are handled entirely by Apple Customer Support. We do not have access to billings or refund databases.
Unlocked Content: Free users can unlock premium content for 24 hours by watching standard rewarded ads. Any manipulation of this mechanic or bypassing ads constitutes a violation of these terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use BreathAR only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or steal source files, artwork, soundscapes, or animations contained within the application.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, icons, game concepts (e.g. Zen Garden, Candle Quest, Streak Pass card design), audio tracks, and source code are the exclusive property of BreathAR and its creators, protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

BreathAR and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including health issues caused by ignoring the Medical Disclaimer.
